I’m Katie Parker (née Nycz), and I’ve worked in the packaging industry for over 12 years.
During that time, I’ve partnered with global brands, leading retailers and international manufacturers across FMCG and retail supply chains.
I’ve seen packaging decisions made from both sides of the table — from commercial brand strategy through to manufacturing and operational execution.
This experience matters.
It means I understand not just how packaging should look, but how it performs, how it’s produced, how it’s costed and how it impacts the wider supply chain.
Over the years, I’ve built strong industry relationships and developed a practical, commercially grounded approach.
My perspective is shaped by real-world exposure — not theory.
Which is where KT Packaging was created.
I work with brands and businesses that need packaging support, whether that means sourcing bespoke packaging for a new product launch or finding the right off-the-shelf solution quickly and commercially.
As an independent broker, I am not restricted to one supplier, which means I can focus on finding the right fit for each project.
I also work with packaging manufacturers and suppliers on a fractional basis, providing sales and business development support without the need for a full-time hire.
